This global organization has a world-class procurement team that manages several billion €Euros in business spend. A major part of this spend is in their HR Services and Employee Benefits category where this position is situated, responsible for the European Car Fleet spend covering several thousand corporate vehicles.

The ideal candidate for this position will come from a similar corporate procurement background having managed a car fleet spend or having general indirect procurement experience from the Automotive and Car Leasing industries with a strong operational knowledge of the industry.

As the Procurement Category Lead - Fleet your responsibilities will include:-
  • Developing and implementing the frameworks and policies for the EMEA Car Fleet programme to be rolled out across the group
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the area of car leasing & dealing, insurance, maintenance, fuel etc…
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing projects for car fleet related projects for all European business units
  • Work closely with global procurement colleagues to identify synergies on car fleet programs on a global level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in the automotive and car leasing industries to deliver long-term value to the business
