This Award Winning consultancy will provide you with the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries including: manufacturing, retail and healthcare.

Procurement Manager (Hard FM) the role:-
  • Take leadership on projects on behalf of the consultancy with FTSE250 clients ensuring projects are delivered prior to deadlines and client requirements are met with additional profit for the consultancy.
  • Develop and nurture the property and facilities team ensuring less experienced individuals gain the experience and mentorship they need to excel as top class procurement professionals.
  • Influence and build relationships with board level executives such as CPOs within Fortune 500 organisations
  • Actively grow supplier relations ensuring the consultancy has a strong lasting relationship with all strategic suppliers.

Skills/Knowledge required:-
  • Previous experience managing a procurement HardFM category whether it be property, M+E, HVAC or building maintenance management.
  • Procurement career progression within a blue chip company displaying consistent promotion (Graduate Scheme, Senior Buyer, Category Manager within 5-12 years).
  • Prior experience managing and influencing board level executives such as CPOs.
  • Track record identifying and developing inexperienced talent and driving them on to succeed and become successful.
  • Possess good procurement industry connections having the ability to naturally persuade clients.
