Procurement Specialist - Indirect Spend
Commercial Services / Retail
Uxbridge / Middlesex

A leading company at the forefront of the retail / FMCG world are looking for a procurement specialist to join a vibrant procurement team. The role will encompass a variety of categories and will fall within indirect spend.

Experience in a retail / FMCG organisation is a pre-requisite for this role.

This Procurement role will see you:

Develop procurement strategies
Regularly engage with key stakeholders, having to manage their perception of procurement
Challenge the business and introduce new ideas / initiatives to drive cost savings
Lead in the promotion of procurement ?best practice? within the company

To succeed in this Procurement role you will need:

An extensive background within indirect procurement across a variety of indirect categories
Previous experience of working in the retail sector
Have the gravitas to work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, influencing them where necessary
A track record of developing the roles you have performed in your career to date
