Procurement Operations, Interim Manager & Senior Manager (x2 positions) – Global FTSE 30 – Central London - £400 p/d + Expenses

Iconic global FTSE 30 brand seeks two procurement operations experts to enhance their SAP CLM global sourcing tool, by improving the four module installations (Projects, Contracts, RFX and eAuction).

Both specialists will engage with Leadership communities across IT, Procurement and Finance, so must possess gravitas and charisma along with strong project management skills.


Procurement Operations, Interim Manager & Senior Manager overview:-

• Support the global deployment of the Firm's Procurement Systems roadmap, ensuring that the benefits are maximised, the new ways of working are embedded and KPIs are met
• Document the Standard Operating Procedures of the new Procurement Systems
• Manage offshore helpdesk resources and collaborate with the support teams to effectively respond system related queries and resolve tickets
• Collaborate with offshore business process outsourced teams
• Be the SME for Procurement Systems to support the effective delivery of admin / reporting activities by these teams
• Focus on system usage so the new SAP modules are being accessed and more importantly being used in the most effective way – co-ordinate data quality activities, organise drop-in sessions, clinics, etc

Required experience:
• Industry-leading knowledge of Procurement systems (Contract Management, eSourcing, Spend Analysis, Savings tracking, P2P, etc)
• Worked for a reputable FTSE 100 / 250 brand or niche Consultancy
