Description
As Production Manager, reporting into the Operations Director, you will be responsible for supervising the production and packaging of products. You will ensure that they are sent out in a timely and efficient manner, and to the high standards which my client prides themselves on.
You will lead a team of c. 20 (increasing to c. 60 at peak seasons) with the support of two Operations Team Leaders and oversee the smooth running of the factory. Additionally, you will ensure that the building and its grounds are kept according to their high standards, whilst overseeing the quality of their market-leading product.
Profile
This is genuinely an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager with good operations experience to join an FMCG, customer-centric business which is has grown in recent years, evolving and supplying quality products direct to the consumer.
Experience working with a perishable product e.g. food or drink, would be highly advantageous.

Job Offer
The successful candidate for the role of Operations Supervisor based in North Nottinghamshire, will be offered up to £28,000 (dependant on experience and profile) plus package.
