Production Scheduler job|Permanent|Paying up to £30,000|Leeds|An immediate start where possible|

Your new company
This family run business based in Leeds is currently recruiting for a Production Scheduler on a permanent basis. This company works closely with leading retailers and food service operators across the [link removed]blished in the in the 1960's, this company has seen massive change, especially over the last decade but have maintained there culture and values from when they were first established.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the Supply Chain Manager, in your new role as Production Scheduler you will be responsible for daily and weekly planning for several production sites, ensuring that customer orders are reviewed and fulfilled in full and on time. Ensure that you report any inefficiencies from the site to prepare reports for further discussion with internal members of the team. Liaising with Factory and Production Manager to ensure the plan utilises the resource, liaising with customers to discuss orders and forecasts and from that prepare the forecast document for planning and for circulation to other department within the company. You will also be required to liaise with agreed storage and haulage suppliers to ensure that deliveries are made to the agreed timescales.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous planning and forecasting experience is an essential. You will ideally have worked within a similar position before, ideally within production. This role would suit somebody that is organised and has good communication [link removed] may be required to work some Saturdays on occasion and bank holidays on a rota basis.
