Production Scheduler - Manufacturing

Client Details

Our client is a global leader in the chemicals environment who manufacture in scope of industries and through continued growth is looking to add to their team with an experienced Production Scheduler at their Lancashire site.

Description

As the Production Scheduler you will:


  • Translate the plan into manufacturing resource to enable the plant to produce to plan


  • Communicate with planning, production & supply chain teams so that plans are met


  • Ensure materials and resources are available to meet the schedule


  • Assist with monthly stock takes to ensure accurate stock levels


  • Interpret the plan into manufacturing resource to enable the plant to produce to plan at the Lancashire site
  • Complete status reports to identify production progress, WIP and raw material inventory


  • Work with the maintenance team to manage any scheduled downtime as it affects the schedule


  • Analyze, prepare and distribute documentation required for production

Profile

As the Production Scheduler you will:
  • Excellent analytic skill
  • Proven ability in batch production
  • Working knowledge of chemical industry
  • Have an experienced background in liquid manufacturing
  • Good knowledge and experience of planning in a manufacturing environment

Job Offer

Package £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits
