Your new company
Our client is a market leader in the Automotive industry who work with a number of market leading Automotive companies across the world. They are looking to appoint and Quality & Auditing Lead to help them monitor and increase the companies quality focus.

Your new role
Your main tasks within this role will be:
  • Maintain and improve existing IATF/customer specific certification/systems
  • Complete customer specific audit / action plan
  • To be responsible for action plan completion from cross-company departments
  • Increasing the awareness and buy in from all departments with regards to quality and auditing

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be experienced within an Auditing and Inspection role with with a strong understanding of leading and conducting audits and creating frameworks and project to develop and improve policies and processes.

Our client is looking for the right person who will fit the company culture and and have a strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude.

Knowledge, skills & attributes required:
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and get things done - continuous improvement mentality
  • Significant experience in a comparable role
  • Proven knowledge of Quality Systems
  • Knowledge of ISO9000
  • Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 2016
  • Planning and prioritising
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills using all meduims at all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to negotiate & communicate effectively according to audience, and tailor approach for best results
  • Ability to work autonomously, be the driving force across the organisation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysts (FMEA)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Control Plan
  • Auditor mindset, experience preferred
  • Problem solving methodologies
  • Significant experience in a comparable organisation
  • Working knowledge of business systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
  • Relevant manufacturing qualification, or equivalent experience in a production environment
