Our client is an international FMCG/Ingredients company, based in London. They have an impressive standing in the market and a long-standing history - and they combine this with a forward-thinking approach and a determination to deliver exceptional service for their customers. They are now looking for a Regional Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of their international Supply Chain, and really drive their operation forward.
Description
The Regional Supply Chain Manager will:
Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team (2 people)
Drive exceptional levels of customer engagement and customer service, across all of their customers (also taking Supply Chain Account Management responsibility for a Global Key Account)
Work closely with Demand to ensure an effective S&OP process, taking the lead on the Supply Planning side
Consistently deliver high standards of fulfilment, through close partnership with the factories and 3PLs
Lead on projects to improve business capability and performance
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Have a strong track record as a Supply Chain Manager in an FMCG or Ingredients business
Be an established people manager, capable of motivating, coaching and developing the team
Possess extensive customer service exposure
Be an expert in Supply Planning and 3PL management, including international import/export
Have the ability to work effectively across different geographies, building effective partnerships remotely
Want to work for a values-led, ambitious business
Job Offer
The Regional Supply Chain Manager will be based in London and earn £50k-£55k, plus bonus and benefits.
