An opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Administrator/Clerk to work as part of a small team processing Sales and Spares Orders through to Invoice/Shipping. Regular and professional contact with Customers to receive/give, so information is significant part of the job as is knowledge and experience of processing Export Documentation, Letters of Credit and Inward Processing Relief data.

Sales Order Process Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES ORDER PROCESSING
• Processing of Sales / Spares Orders - Receipt, Acknowledge, Expedite and Invoicing • To engage in best practice Customer Communication techniques • Co-ordination of Customer Freight collection with Despatch/Production • Processing of Inward Processing Relief data • Processing of Sales Orders with Letter of Credit payment terms
SCOPE:
• Must be able to work on own initiative but within a defined process • Must have good telephone manner and communication skills to obtain and present relevant Sales Order related information
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The successful candidate must have the following Skills or Qualities:-
• Must have demonstrable experience of working within a Sales/Customer Relations or Shipping office environment with proven knowledge of LC,IPR and Export practice • A ‘Team Player’, able to join a small team and make an immediate contribution • Excellent Customer Communication skills both written and telephone manner – Listening, Expressing Awareness and Understanding and Giving Information. • Proficient in use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
