Job Description
The Person
An accomplished line manager with proven organisational and communication skills, you will have the professional credibility and charisma to win the respect of staff and customers alike. Be financially aware and an excellent problem solver who has the ability to manage processes and motivate a small team, in a hectic environment. A manufacturing or production background could also be advantageous in this role You will be willing to operate on a shift basis (minimum 40 hours per week), probably ‘earlies’ and ‘lates’. Hours not set in stone but flexibility is a must.

Package and Prospects
Salary is c£26,000 plus bonus based on budget and individual goals and objectives, 25 days holidays increasing after each year of service.
