An Assistant Director job at a dynamic NHS Support Unit in Sussex paying circa £62,000 plus great benefits

Your new role
In your new job, you will be an Senior Contract Manager where you will have great responsibility for a contract portfolio including overall responsibility for an Acute Hospital. You will build relationships while challenging where necessary to ensure that contract performance is accurately managed. You will be managing senior relationships with customers and suppliers, and be able to demonstrate the technical expertise to support their needs. You will also have leadership responsibility for a local team, developing and managing their capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new job, you will have senior experience managing contracts for an acute hospital, in a commissioner or CSU environment. You will be experienced in challenging and managing conflict, and able to manage senior stakeholders on a daily basis. You will also have expertise in NHS contracts and the National Tariff. Leadership experience is also essential for you to succeed, ideally leading teams within the NHS, providing support for them and delegating projects to be most effective.
