Are you an experienced demand planner, looking to take on more ownership of a regional forecast? Do you have strong Excel skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales teams? Do you have exposure too - or an interest in - the Health & Beauty sector?

Client Details

Our client is a medium-sized, rapidly expanding Health & Beauty brand, based near Uxbridge. They are growing at a very impressive rate, and are developing strong operational processes to help deliver that. A key focus at the moment is forecasting - so they need a very strong Senior Demand Planner to join the team!

The Senior Demand Planner will report directly to the Operations Director, and will be the gatekeeper for the European demand plan.

You will work closely with the Sales teams across Europe to gather their forecasts and understand their plans. You will review these based on your own analysis of sales history/trends/promotional impact etc, and constructively engage with them to create a consensus forecast that is as accurate as possible across the region. This is the one number that is reporting to the global head office - so it a) needs to be as accurate as possible and b) needs buy-in from Sales so that they go out there and strive to deliver it!

The right person for this role is someone who:
  • Has held Demand Planning roles
  • Is very strong on Excel
  • Is an effective and influential communicator
  • Likes the idea of working in a fairly autonomous role

You will ideally have worked (or have an interest) in the Health & Beauty sector, and you will relish the challenge of taking ownership for the regional forecast. If you want to work in a large structure in a big business, do not apply. But if you want to really make an impact, be accountable for a critical business process, and want to make a name for yourself, then get in touch today!

Job Offer

The Senior Demand Planner will earn between £47k and £52k, dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits (including attractive working hours).
