Leading manufacturer requires Senior Trade Compliance Manager / Licencing Specialist, Hampshire c £60k + bens

A globally recognised manufacturer with a long track record of being at the forefront of their chosen fields.

Your new role
In this position you will support Import / Export licencing and compliance activities within a fast paced and global trade environment. You will liaise with key business functions including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service, to ensure all aspects of Export authorisations and licences are covered. This will include coverage of EU (eg OGELs, OIELs, SIELs etc) and collaboration with the US Export Licencing Team regarding ITAR, EAR, OFAC etc.
The position will ensure authorisations, licences & agreements are properly tracked and all record keeping requirements are met by the EU sites. You will be able to contribute to internal Training and Audit Assessment programs to ensure effective internal controls are in place.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a key position within the business and requires someone who is able to interact with stakeholders at various levels, influencing effectively to ensure that Trade Compliance requirements are met. You will already have experience within a similar position. Aerospace sector experience is an advantage but not essential.
