Your new role This is a fantastic role to work as part of their market data sourcing team. In this role you will be hands on, working as a deal maker across market data and post-trade providers. You will lead sourcing projects in this area and will need to have the confidence and credibility to work with very senior challenging stakeholders. This is a role for someone who has already worked significantly in this space.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to show that you have strong market data procurement experience as a minimum. Post-trade sourcing experience would also be a strong advantage, but this is an area that they are not expecting all candidates to have pre-existing exposure to. The suitable individual, must have a strong negotiation background with suppliers in this area, and must have the right interpersonal skills to be able to influence.
