Do you have the analytical skills to accurately plan, plus the leadership skills to manage third party relationships and drive results? Our client is a fast-growing FMCG brand that can confidently claim to be the market leaders in their category! Based in London, they have exceptional products, very strong growth internationally and don't look like they'll be slowing down any time so - so they need to add an outstanding Supply & Production Planner to their team. This is a rare chance to get stuck into a truly impressive business, and to build your career with a company that has a strong record of developing their people.


As the Supply & Production Planner, you will own this brand's relationships with their third party manufacturers - a critical role!

You will:
  • Use forecasts and orders to develop accurate production plans for the third party factories
  • Create a full raw material plan based on production requirements
  • Manage all raw material supply into the manufacturers - ensuring they have what they need, when they need it
  • Own and drive the OTIF measure, working collaboratively with the sites to exceed the targets
  • Work proactively to improve processes and performance
  • Co-ordinate quarterly inventory checks


What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • A strong track record of Supply/Production/Material Planning
  • Exposure to high-volume FMCG environments (either in-house or third party manufacturing)
  • Exceptional Excel skills
  • First class communication and relationship-building ability
  • The drive to continually push for improved processes and results
