A growing stockist distributor is looking for a Stores Leader to join their main site in Bristol.

Client Details

Our client is one of the fastest growing within the industry, as a direct result of their success and growth they are looking for a Stores Leader for their site in Bristol.

Description
  • To manually handle product within the stores environment and pick and pack product effectively
  • Liaise with procurement department with regards to supplier returns and ensure accurate records are kept
  • To proactively communicate with internal departments on a daily basis and to manage & record all outcomes
  • Ensure all stock has a current part code and is located correctly throughout the facility
  • To create and manage weekly cycle counts investigating any discrepancies
  • Prepare and accurately administer stock requirements for receiving departments in a timely manner
  • Periodically run reports within company WMS
  • Providing temporary cover in other areas of the business when reasonably requested
  • Using the fork lift truck to move stock around the factory
  • Ensure work environment is kept clean and tidy

Profile
  • Previous stock management/clerical experience;
  • Previous manual handling and pick and pack experience;
  • Previous planning and systems experience within a warehouse setting;
  • Excellent analytical and numerical credentials;
  • Previous use of manipulating WMS;
  • Proven organisational and time-management skills;
  • Fantastic communication skills - verbal and written;
  • Computer literate

Job Offer

Salary:
  • £22,000 - £26,000 (dependant on experience)
