Job Description

A well established developer of commercial buildings who deal with both the private and public sectors are currently in need of a Sub Contract Buyer to join their Procurement department.

In this role you will be reporting to the Chief Buyer and your responsibilities will include:-
- Procuring sub contracts for several projects at any one time, buying a diverse range of products which will be suited to industries from education, to healthcare to leisure.
- Negotiating with the companies current global supplier base to make a noticeable cost saving.
- Sourcing for new suppliers

You will:-
- Have a solid background in the construction industry
- Have experience of procuring sub contracts from a commercial background
- Be a team player who can fit well into the purchasing team.
