The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for efficient supply chain process control through buying support and inventory control. The role will work closely with the buying, commercial and wider supply chain team.

Top FMCG client based in Tonbridge. Sourcing from over 60 countries worldwide and supplying to customers across the UK our client are experts in their field. Offering top quality product and service they are well recognised for not only hard work but a driving passion! They are now seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team.


The Supply Chain Administrator will work in a support function role responsible for efficiently and accurately raising orders and arrivals on the SAP system. The main day to day responsibilities include:

  • Collating all supplier paperwork including packing list, load plans, invoices and claims
  • Referencing supplier invoices against our SAP system and logging references and values
  • Purchase order creation within SAP ensuring prices, product references, freight costs and products are correct
  • Assist the finance team to efficiently complete the invoice and associated administration process
  • Administrate customer returns and raise return orders on SAP

  • Attention to detail is a must for this role! You will be targeted on accuracy levels of order processing and invoice referencing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, Power Point and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
