Your new role
A newly created role that sits within the Supply Chain function and works very closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Sales and Operations. The function is heavily focused on customer service while improving operations efficiency through focused order management methods. You will assist with the sales and operations revenue alignment by conducting regular analysis of month-to-date revenue and order backlog. You will provide support to the manager and scheduler to ensure business continuity and improving service levels to internal and external customers. Implementing measures as well as observing patterns to establish reasons for backlog will be required. You will take ownership of existing reports and develop new ones where needed. What you'll need to succeed
You will be adept in spreadsheet analysis specifically with the use of pivot tables and charts. You will be proficient in date presentation to an audience and be able to present ideas in a clear, concise and persuasive manner.
