This role will report directly into the Head of Supply Chain and based within our Equipment Centre in Normanton.

Client Details

With over 20 years’ experience in delivering unique store environments to some of the world’s best-known retailers. With over 500,000 ft? of consolidation space, spread across multiple facilities located in the UK, China and Australia, we offer a global service, delivered locally.

  • Support the business with data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify key areas of improvement and risk within own department and wider structure.
  • Identify and escalate deviation from KPI’s and process.
  • Monitor system data integrity through structured criteria.
  • Daily use of Core Store Live (Warehouse management system) for data extraction, processing and reporting.
  • Stock management including; forecasting of equipment, warehouse utilisation, material volumetric and process improvement activity.
  • Ad-hoc requests from client and supply chain manager when required.
  • Attendance and contribution to client and department reviews.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver Continuous Improvement projects currently underway and in the pipeline.
  • Develop weekly/monthly supply chain and supplier performance updates.

  • Passionate and strong attention to detail and numbers.
  • Accuracy when manipulating complex numbers and formulas.
  • Willingness and confidence to contribute and challenge.
  • Flexible approach to daily tasks and routine.
  • Ability to deliver under demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to extract meaningful information from complex data and translate for a wider audience.
  • Exceptional communication ability to all levels of stakeholders and customers (written and oral)
  • Strength and determination to drive Continuous Improvement activity within team and wider stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving license and vehicle (site and stakeholder visits are expected within this role).
