Description


  • To support the Production planning process. Creation of production plans in a timely manner to ensure availability of finished goods as per forecasted demand. Organisation of the material requirement to produce the production plan. Ensure communication is up to date and relevant to all stakeholders to ensure ability to meet plan.
  • Organise and attend all NPD and EPD meetings across the business, communicating information to Supply Chain, and other individuals to aid smooth delivery and on time, efficient launch.
  • Agree and define realistic timelines with the relevant departments, detailing key milestones to deliver launch dates. Report any deviations from agreed timelines to senior management as appropriate.
  • Set up items in the ERP system when sufficient detail has been defined and received. Ensure that other members of the NPD team understand what tasks they have and any associated deadlines for completion.





  • Profile

    Basic/functional skills and knowledge required to perform the job effectively.
    • Awareness and appreciation of Finlay Beverages processes, practices and culture
    • Core and Basic skills: numeric and literacy / report writing / time management / communication, negotiation skills.
    • IT skills: Microsoft packages – basic understanding
