The Supply Chain Coordinator role will operate across the various teams within the Supply Chain, with the ultimate responsibility of managing the sales order fulfilment process to ensure customer delivery is on time and in full.

Client Details

Our Client is a major manufacturer of health and beauty products that often partner with the biggest and best brands in the industry.


Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Maintain Inventory against Demand to ensure that there is adequate stock available for Picking and Packing.
  • Expedite all purchase orders through the supply chain ensuring goods are received on time and in full.
  • Monitor and escalate any risk to material flow
  • Record and maintain part number set up and costs on relevant systems
  • Through strong management and administrative control ensure stock accuracy
  • Monitoring and reporting of stock levels and slow-moving sku’s, including working with relevant departments to manage through obsolescence or sell through


The successful Candidate will possess;
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Natural ability to problem solve
  • Ability to create internal and external relationships
  • High proficiency in Microsoft suite including Excel
