An FMCG business need a Supply Chain Customer Services Manager, to have end-to-end Supply Chain responsibilities on behalf of customer accounts. Applicants need Supply Chain expertise, and experience working with a retailer customer base.

The Supply Chain Customer Services Manager will be responsible for effective; forecasting, planning and stock management activities, across a number of large customer accounts.

Specific duties of the Supply Chain Customer Services Manager include:

1. Maintain optimum inventory levels
2. Review customer forecasts and plan supply chain activity accordingly
3. Generate purchase orders to replenish stock in line with demand plans
4. Account Management of Customers
5. Report generation for internal stakeholder, and external customer community
6. Contribute to new range, seasonal, and promotional product introduction process
7. Analysis of customer sales & stock data to ensure sales maximised
8. Contribute to a culture of change and process improvement

Supply Chain Account Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:

1. Supply Chain Planning experience
2. Experience supplying into the retail sector
2. Experience of managing customer accounts
3. Strong MS Excel skills, or experience using an MRP/ERP system
4. Excellent teamwork, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
