Job Description
An entrepreneurial healthcare venture backed by a large multinational is looking for a talented supply chain professional to join a small team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The individual will manage the movement of product from manufacturing sites all the way through the supply chain to client doorsteps, within the discipline of a rigorous quality framework.

Manage supply chain from factory to doorstep
-Run an efficient supply chain for the Imperative Health services (logistics, stock levels, packing, and delivery direct to members, client companies or channel partners) using external partners in all Imperative Health markets (e.g. UK, US etc).
-Ensure supplier manufacturing capability is fit-for-purpose, e.g. arranging auditing of suppliers and tracking tool wear.
-Logistical support for sales teams in activities in client companies.
-Keep all documentation relating to the supply chain in good order, in compliance with the Company’s quality standard.
-Ensure compliance amongst suppliers to company quality requirements. Work with QC to ensure non-compliance is corrected.
-Raise purchase orders for stock against forecast agreed with sales and marketing.
-Responsibility for warehousing and stock audit.
-Ensure the supply chain is complying with product-related regulations e.g. WEEE.

-Supply chain management.
-Management of manufacturers and outsourcing partners.
-Adherence to quality standard ISO 13485
