This is an exciting opportunity to lead the end to end supply chain for a fast growing manufacturing business based in London. The role will be to implement process and drive efficiencies across planning, stock management and purchasing, whilst managing a small team.

Client Details

The business are a leading manufacturing business, creating, designing and producing a number of bespoke lighting products for interiors. The business are currently in a high growth phase and have doubled their revenue over the past two years. This newly created role is due to the fast growth and there is now the need to hire a Supply Chain specialist who can focus and improve efficiencies across all aspects of the supply chain. This position will enable you to enhance your supply chain and management skills, while giving you a clear career path ahead of you, with global opportunities around the world.


  • Manage the end to end supply chain, including planning, stock management and purchasing.
  • Create and implement supply chain procedures to create efficiencies
  • Ensure suppliers orders are produced to cost, design, and quality controls and delivered on time.
  • Co-ordinate with our factory to ensure orders are assembled efficiently, too schedule and required standards.
  • Work with sales team on scheduling of production of stock and bespoke projects to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keep business management system updated with all stock control requirements and analysis sales to adjust minimum stock holding quarterly
  • Collaborate with the design team on new and existing products to ensure cost, quality and production controls are in place
  • Ensure all logistic companies deliver our products securely and to cost.


  • 4 years + experience in a ‘hands-on’ supply chain and operations role within an SME manufacturing business.
  • Experience in managing a wide team, within a fast moving environment
  • Advanced experience in Sage 50 would be helpful
  • Clean driving license

Skills Needed
  • A good understanding of materials, production and assembly processes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A driven and can do attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft excel skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a passion for creative industries
  • Happy to travel nationally on a weekly basis to meet suppliers, with some International travel required on occasion.

Job Offer

up to £45,000 plus benefits and package
