Job Description
Our client is a growing wholesale/retail business. With a varied and diverse supplier base from Europe, Far East and U.K.

In 2009 their sales grew +25%.

Due to growth they are now looking for a ambitious Buying and merchandising candidate to join the team. You will currently be either a supply planner, Buying/Supply planner, supply chain analyst, demand planner, senior allocator, assistant merchandiser or similar from a distribution/wholesale or retail head office business with experience of dealing with suppliers overseas. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting demand. Ensuring that orders are processed ontime, late deliveries are managed, overstocks/late orders are cancelled or rescheduled.

Essential? They need someone who challenges what lines are doing well? Should they drop a product? Is there an opportunity? Do you have an idea to do something better? Have you ever spotted something and your ideas made a difference? They are looking for someone who will not come in and carry on what has always been done but make changes, suggestions and see your ideas implimented.

Up to £24,000+ 15% bonus + Excellent benefits and future progression.
