Supply Chain Planner to join innovative and specialised FMCG technology business based in Hampshire who have a passion for technology solutions with the future in mind.



Client Details

My client is a global innovative and specialised FMCG technology business based in Hampshire looking for a supply chain planner.

Description

The key responsibilities for the supply chain planner are as follows:
  • Manage the supply chain aspects of NPI implementation and manage one-off, non-standard supply chain operations. Embed in process / organisation where necessary.
  • Manage the corresponding End-Of-Life processes (inventory, sku reduction, etc.).
  • Support the implement of an R&D process methodology.
  • Define and implement innovation process throughout the wider supply chain.
  • Liaise with process owners on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop best practices and tools for process analysis, mapping and redesign.
  • Integrate with and provide output to any company wide initiative to document / certify commercial processes.
  • Quality assure process input and output from other team members and process owners.
  • Analysis and mapping of un-documented processes including embedded historical knowledge where necessary.

Profile
  • Be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analogical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to understand and communicate with a variety of process owners, project team members and stakeholders who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and cultures
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating, interview skills are key.
  • Ability to elicit co-operation from a wide variety of sources.
  • Strong process analysis & mapping skills.
  • Language skills: Fluency in verbal and written English

Job Offer

£35000 to £40000 plus benefits
