CALLING ALL ORDER PROCESSING PROFESSIONALS.

I have an exciting opportunity to work for a company in the healthcare industry as a Supply Order Co-ordinator. As a Supply Order Co-ordinator, you will be the main person responsible for processing the order information throughout the “lifetime” of the PO from receipt to delivery.

The Role

Responsibilities include:
  • Dealing with orders through phone, fax and system.
  • Managing customer orders and building good customer relationships ensuring excellent customer service
  • Ensuring KPI’s given are achieved
  • Be proactive and communicate any issues that arise with stock or customer orders
  • Processing and analysing credit claims and making sure the credit control department are aware of any credit hold issues
  • Leasing with the demand planning team, keeping product lists up to date and amend where needed.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Good knowledge and experience in order processing, ideally from a FMCG enviroment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly analytical with good attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Has good knowledge and understanding of Excel
  • A problem solver, able to deal with various customer enquires
  • Ability to work under pressure.
