The Transport Administrator will co-ordinate the effective running of the Transport operation, providing adminstrative support to the senior management team and customers. This is a full time role based on the clients site in close proximity to St. Helens.

Description
The role of the Transport Administrator:
Inputting of customer information to the database along with orders and quotations
Liaising with drivers and customers providing support and handling queries
Use of TMS
Use of email and phone to keep in touch with customers and update them on estimated delivery times
Provide driver debriefs
Monitoring KPI's and creating reports

What the successful Transport Administrator will look like:
Previous experience within a transport office is essential
Be able to liaise and deal with drivers
Be able to manage and prioritise workload
Be flexible with shifts to meet demands of the business
