Opportunity to join a global business on a temp to perm basis, you must be experienced within warehouse administration.

Client Details

•To ensure all returns are booked back into the warehouse correctly and efficiently, liaising with accounts/ sales in regards to helping sort credits etc. for customers.

•Ensuring drivers return all of their paperwork from deliveries and the drivers daily run sheet has been completed correctly.

•Correct reporting of POD’s returned and completed paperwork to be sent to accounts for invoicing.

•On return check drivers paperwork is all completed and any vehicle defects have been reported to garage.

•Product returns from customer to be investigated and booked back into warehouse

•Creation of Loads through SAP to be completed to allow warehouse to pick orders for deliveries.

•Completion of delivery paperwork through sap once a

•To liaise with colleagues in the transport dept. to organise sample deliveries.

•Create purchase orders for garage department through SAP

•Weekly KPI reporting to be extracted from the planning sheet to monitor late deliveries.

•Reports to be extracted Daily / weekly from the telematics system monitoring driver behaviour & vehicle fuel. To compile spread sheet to highlight top & worst performers. Debrief drivers to how they and their vehicle are preforming offer suggestions for improvement and revisit worst offenders.

•A courteous and professional manner is required when dealing with customers and colleges.

•Cover sickness and holiday when transport planner is absent.

Job Offer

A salary of £18,000
