Role Profile

A leading distribution customer of Cast UK’s is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Administrator. Based at their new Harlow operation, the Warehouse Administrator will require someone who can organise and perform all admin tasks in a logical and timely manner, whilst being held responsible for ensuring all driver / Warehouse paper work is completed and processed correctly.

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, this role will be focused on working together with the line management, sets objectives, establishes priorities and develops plans.

Other requirements of the Warehouse Administrator role include:
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach to work
  • Processing Paper work from all departments providing reports for analysis
  • Keeping all relevant spread sheets and systems accurate
  • Liaising closely with Warehouse and Transport functions - Driver / Warehouse de brief
  • Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner
  • Filing of all paper work in a logical order, maintaining the filing systems is relevant

Skills & Experience

Candidates who will be successful will have previous experience of working with in the logistics industry, someone who demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, and recognises the importance of timely completion of tasks.
