My client is a premium B2B homewares distributor looking for a Warehouse adminsitrator to join their rapidly expanding team in the West Midlands.

Client Details

My client is a family owned bsuiness who have built an exceptional reputation over the past 20 years working with some enviable designers.

This warehouse administrator opportunity is a chance to work for a market leading organisation who supply products to some of the most premium businesses across the UK.


The warehouse administrator role will be an intergal part of the team and ensure the smoot day top day running of the factory and relationships with suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Factory Manager on the processing of assembly orders, ensuring all the correct paperwork is collated to process the order

Book in all shippers to dispatch customers orders and any incoming goods

Update our task management system on the progress of orders

Be the first point of contact on the phone

Order all factory kitchen, office and toiletry suppliers

Work with the Supply Chain Manager on uploading all deliveries into our system

Liaise and order components from non essential suppliers

Other duties will be required day to day


You will be an enthusiastic, organised person with a high level of administrative skills

Your will have;

ambition and drive

great interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships naturally

strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

a team orientated, flexible and friendly approach under pressure

good project management and time management skills

knowledge of Microsoft Office
