Warehouse Manager, Leicester, up to £28,000 per year DOE

Your new company My client is an exciting and progressive company who manufacture and distribute high quality snacks.



Your new role
Reporting into the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for 8 employees, ultimately ensuring the correct processes and procedures are in place and followed at all times to meet inbound goods, outbound goods, materials management to and from production, accurate accounting of all materials and finished goods. You will be an integral part of the operational Leadership Team and will ensure consistent adoption of Health & Safety, values and site wide priorities/initiatives across the warehouse and operation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to show effective leadership skills in order to develop staff and hit objectives. You will need extensive & demonstrable experience working in an FMCG/Food sector (especially warehousing, packaging and stock control). Additionally, a proven track record for delivering Continuous Improvement and Change initiatives along with experience of working in a lean operating environment, is desirable. You will also need the ability to work proactively with minimal direct guidance, grow cross functional relationships and to think strategically. A FLT License would be preferable along with Health and Safety exposure.
