Category Manager job in the South West, £40,000 - £43,000 per annum

Hays Procurement are pleased to be assisting an organisation in the South West in the recruitment of a Category Manager to join their expanding team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of procurement services in the category of Orthopaedics, Trauma and Spine providing a world class service by providing creative, cost effective solutions for their toughest challenges.
You will foster a highly professional and responsive client service approach and act as the main point of contact for the category, building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders along with developing Spend Efficiency Reports and agreeing pricing and implementation for Trusts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong procurement experience ideally with knowledge of medical products or public sector procurement, strong analytical experience as well as the ability to work within a range of projects and different stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
This role is home based with travel across the South West so the successful candidate must be willing to travel.
What you'll get in return
This role is being offered with the salary between £40,000 and £43,000 per annum with good benefits.
