Your new role
On a day to day basis you will be required to prepare RFPs and/or RFQ packages. You will receive subcontractor responses to RFP/RFQ and determine each subcontractor's ability to meet company and procurement requirements. You will be required to prepare, issue and negotiate subcontract documents and amendments, including identification and inclusion of flow down requirements from the prime contract commensurate with delegated procurement authority.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be degree qualified with a few years' experience in contract management. You will need to have reviewed contracts (terms & conditions and SLAs), ensuring all parties are adhering to the terms. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have managed contract life-cycles. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills.
