Provide commercial advice on all subcontract terms and conditions
Act as the main point of contact for interactions with subcontractors
Review and approve all contractual documents.
Manage and negotiate terms and contract changes.
Prepare contract change proposals where appropriate.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the subcontract teams.
Work collaboratively across areas including Logistics, Finance and HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently
Ideally holds security clearance or be able to
CIPS or Degree in a business or legal related discipline.
