Contracts Administrator - Southampton £30k

Contract Administrator required in Southampton for a FTSE listed financial services organisation.

Working in a commercial procurement function, you will be working to ensure all risk areas are incorporated, risk reviews are completed and delays are escalated.

You will send pre-defined risk assessments to suppliers and business owners, working closely with stakeholders and the wider business ensuring compliance.

You will report exceptions and issues whilst answering day-to-day concerns and queries.

In conjunction with the finance team and Category Managers, you will ensure that new suppliers are onboarded correctly reviewing financial control outcomes on potential suppliers.

You will ensure that new supplier contracts are stored accurately on the database for future reference.
