Our client are a well known brand within the food and drinks sector and a market leader in their field.
In the role of EU Logistics Manager you will be responsible for managing the relationship with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers in the UK, Germany and France, to ensure SLA's and budgets are achieved or exceed plan for each market. The role provides critical communication and liaison on all logistics matters between the three core European markets, Supply and the various 3PL partners. The role also ensures that best practice for all logistics processes are adopted in each core market. The role is responsible for managing a budget of $10 million. Therefore, a key part of this role is focusing on how to optimise the required service levels and continue to find ways of minimising the budget. This specifically means running the 3PL Tender Process to ensure competitiveness within the markets, and Project Managing any subsequent implementation of a new 3PL.
