External Customer Service Lead

Our client are a global pharmaceutical manufacturer with a W. Yorkshire base who continue to grow year on year. Due to a change in business strategy they are exiting some of their third party customer agreements and therefore require an External Customer Service Lead.


The key responsibilities of the External Customer Service Lead are:

  • Responsible for external customer service
  • Ensure all contracts are fulfilled and cancelled within agreed timescale
  • Drive transition of third party exit strategy
  • Engage with key stakeholder across the business
  • Maitain and improve Oracle system
  • Regular contact with customers
  • Management of obsolescent inventory


The External Customer Service Lead will have:

  • A high level of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and / or other ERP sytems
  • A strong supply chain understanding
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

£28-35k plus benefits
