Bramwith Consulting have been exclusively engaged by this rapidly expanding real estate firm to recruit a greenfield procurement buyer to manage the company's extensive facilities related spends.

Due to recent multi-million pound backing from a renowned private equity firm, this company is looking to grow its procurement function based out of its London office situated on the River Thames. The successful individual will be responsible for managing new and existing suppliers of FM services, and be given the support to develop and progress with the company as it continues to grow into new markets and expand its portfolio of 67 separate sites.

The company offers great room for growth as it looks to double its revenue over the next 2 years, a relaxed approach to flexible working and an above-market-rate package which includes a 12% Bonus, employee support packages and excellent pension.

Facilities Procurement Buyer Role Overview:

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders and the Head of Procurement to work through the full procurement process on projects within the Facilities Category, including hard services such as maintenance and HVAC, and soft services such as cleaning, security, and contractors
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure full engagement - influencing and managing them to appreciate the value Procurement can add
• Delivering outstanding cost savings whilst ensuring value and quality is maintained in line with stakeholder expectations
• Proactively identify new areas to deliver cost savings within the business and develop effective sourcing strategies, assisting the company to achieve its targeted growth within the next 2 years

Procurement Background and Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a procurement position, including significant exposure to managing suppliers of facilities services (hard or soft FM)
• A strong background in strategic sourcing and engaging across the full end-to-end Procurement process, including RFI/RFQ, tendering, contracts, and post-contract award management
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; negotiating and influencing at all seniority levels across both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong academic track record, CIPS accreditation desirable
