FM procurement Coordinator

This market leader in facilities and real estate management requires an indirect procurement professional to join one of its modern central London offices. The role is a perfect opportunity for a junior indirect procurement expert looking to take their career to the next level with a fortune 500 company and provide the challenge of owning and managing crucial strategic supplier relationships.

Indirect Procurement Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Working across the full breadth of the facilities management category, including but not limited to working with suppliers of security, waste, maintenance and catering services.
  • Take full control of the teams PSL, managing and renewing existing critical supplier relationships whilst driving the business forward by negotiating, tendering and managing new contracts with suppliers that provide the bests value for money and quality of service.
  • Frequently engage with internal stakeholders through regular briefs, reports and updates on strategic goals, the auditing of supplier relationships and governance.

Indirect procurement Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience within any indirect categories such as Marketing, IT, Professional services, although a relatable facilities management role will be beneficial.
  • Confidence when managing, negotiating and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong academic record, degree educated and CIPS preferable.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take on a large amount of responsibility for managing key supplier contracts across the full range of the facilities management remit.
