We are currently recruiting for a number of procurement jobs for a highly successful FM and corporate real estate organisation in London. They are globally recognised for the work that they do and have a great record of offering successful careers. Following a recent organisational structure and a number of new client wins, they are now looking to hire a number of individuals to be focussed on client based procurement sourcing activity.
Your new role
You will be working as part of their EMEA client solutions division and will be responsible for leading procurement activity on behalf of key clients. You will be involved in both developing and then delivering their sourcing and procurement strategy. You will be working in a fast paced environment and working on behalf of a very significant client, although the client could change over time. You will be reporting into a director who is based in the broader EMEA team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate that you have very strong FM/ Property category experience. Ideally you would have gained this from another leading FM service provider, however they are also happy to look at someone from a corporate blue chip where you have lead procurement activity in the FM space. You will need to be robust and resilient and able to operate well in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This would suit someone with natural problem solving skills.
