Hays Procurement are pleased to be assisting a leading organisation in Chippenham in the recruitment of a FM Procurement Manager to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for strategically managing the premises and facilities expenditure at the appropriate level as well as adopting best practice procurement processes to identify key areas of opportunity, maximising benefits and returns.
You will develop close working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders as well as external customers where applicable to better understand their requirements and issues by regularly visiting sites and leading/attending meetings. You will also support the business by providing professional procurement advice and support for business development opportunities with new and existing customers on an on-going and ad-hoc basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have Indirect procurement experience ideally with experience of procuring facilities management and premises related consumables and services, excellent commercial and negotiation skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
