Your new role
You will be responsible for management of the HR category within the organisation with specific focus on Learning and Development and compensation and benefits. You will have influence on the categories strategic direction with a team of up to 4 regional category managers. You will build strong internal relationships and develop and implement SRM and risk programmes for your category.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced working within professional service categories preferably with experience of HR category. You will be experienced working within a strategic position and leading on implementations.
