Global Household Name in the Professional Services Industry is looking for an IT Strategic Procurement Consultant to look after their entire Technology Spend. The company are at the forefront of their industry both in terms of size and innovation. Due to this innovation, technology plays a massive part in the future plans of the business, meaning the Head of IT Procurement will have spends of up to £100 million to work with. The company itself is incredibly motivated to keep growing and has a very fast-paced environment.

As Head of IT Procurement, you will: -

• Have complete autonomy over a variety of IT Procurement projects, working with a variety of high profile, international suppliers across multiple sub-categories including but not limited to Software, SaaS, IT services, and Telco
• Manage a global team on business-critical IT outsourcing and transformation projects
• Work closely with senior level stakeholders and members of the procurement function from all around the world, either remotely or with the opportunity to travel internationally
• Draft, amend and negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers

Head of IT Procurement required background: -

• Experience working across IT procurement, preferably with good technical software and outsourcing knowledge
• Exposure to a highly regulated background (Financial Services, Pharmaceutical) is preferred but not essential
• Evidence of rapid progression or exceeding targets in previous fast-paced procurement role(s)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Degree + CIPS (preferred but not essential)
