-Identifying possibilities for the procurement function to deliver more value into the business
-Recruiting and leading a small team, ensuring upskilling and motivation of employees
-Managing £150 million spend across various functions and categories
-Establishing and growing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
-Negotiating contracts to ensure value added across contracts and growth of innovation within functions
The successful candidate will be motivated and would aim to deliver to a high standard at all times. They would have some management experience either as a Senior Procurement Manager looking to grow, or as an already established Head of Procurement.
