Our North Yorkshire based client is a Not for Profit organisation that adds significant value to the local and surrounding area. They are nearby local amenities and close to transport links.
The Head of Procurement Transformation will be expected to drive service improvements, value-for-money, simplification and increased control. This person will introduce new user-centred procurement approaches, processes, systems, and ways of working as well as significantly streamlining central procurement processes and deliver cost savings.
The Head of Procurement Transformation will have previously held senior procurement roles most likely in housing, charities or the public sector. The individual will be comfortable in working with senior teams across the organisation to ensure procurement changes proposed and introduced deliver tangible 'on the ground' benefits. The successful individual will have full responsibility for the current Procurement Team (two people) and work closely with the Payments team.

You must be fully MCIPS qualified with at least 5 years post qualification
The chosen candidate will have proven track record of Procurement Transformation
Line management exeperience is essential
The individual will have strong working examples working with Senior Stakeholders
The successful candidate must have proven OJEU and PCR15 exposure and understanding
£350-£450 per day (inside of IR35) + flexible working hours + opportunities to work from home + free parking
