Implementation Manager

You will be joining a UK Leading business based in Bolton who provide efficient, high quality services both in the UK and Internationally.


Your new role of Implementation Manager based in Bolton will include the following responsibilities and you will also be required to travel to other locations in the UK and Ireland when required.

  • Implementation of sortation equipment solutions into the designated depot, in accordance with the relevant Operating Manual and Operations practices.
  • Work actively with the Depot Operations Management to ensure that changes to the operation are implemented effectively
  • Support the flow of product volume through the equipment, including the resources assigned to their operation, under the direction of the depot management, and in accordance with the relevant Operating Manual and Operations practices
  • Improvement of service quality by identifying and agreeing operational process/productivity improvements with depot management
  • Implementation of new products, functionality and enhancements in line with business
  • Support line manager in ensuring suppliers comply with contractual requirements
  • Continuous work on process design to improve efficiency's.
  • Develop, Design & Implement new processes
  • Establishing a full knowledge of output files to support the business with data queries
  • Support National Systems Engineer with testing machine installs, write and test change requests following department processes set out by the National Systems Engineer
  • Support the National Development Support Manager with operational training / technical training

  • Knowledge of process design using VISIO

You will receive an attractive salary along with:

  • The holiday entitlement starts at 23 days but rises depending on the length of service
