This global procurement transformation consultancy has reached an exciting phase of their development, having enjoyed strong growth over the past 4-5 years, they are now looking to accelerate their expansion across disciplines, geographies & the size of their world-class team.
Specialising in delivering holistic transformation programmes spanning strategic sourcing, cost transformation and the wider Supply Chain, they are currently looking for Indirect Procurement specialists to lead complex, highly rewarding engagements, dealing at C Level for their FTSE250 client base.
Current category requirements sit across IT (Generalist), HR, Professional Services, FM & Marketing, and requirements range from Consultant grade up to Manager/Senior Manager. The roles have been created due to growth, new business requirements and an expanding market offering. The business will only continue to grow, so it's a fantastic time to join a consultancy where future hires are likely to be at more junior levels.
Consultancy experience isn't essential, but strong soft skills - namely excellent stakeholder management skills, a highly strategic approach, a desire to drive change and a clarity of purpose - are necessary to both thrive and enjoy this role.
